Your coins never expire

The coins you earn and redeem for rewards now stay in your account for good. No expiry dates, no rush.

Free shipping, every 17th

Starting November 17, Gold members get a free Standard shipping coupon and Platinum members get a free Priority shipping coupon on the 17th of every month.

  • Your coupon is valid until the next one arrives, then it’s replaced with a fresh one.
  • Reach Gold or Platinum mid-month? Your coupon for that month arrives right away.
  • Find it in your Rewards Wallet, right under the coupon field in your cart and at checkout. Just tap Apply.

Member free shipping now comes as this monthly coupon instead of an automatic discount.

Your status, updated on the 5th

Gold starts at $1,000 Spend Status and Platinum at $2,500. Starting November 5, the Spend Status you earn in any month counts for a full year, starting the month after. For example, spend in October 2026 counts until November 5, 2027. We update everyone’s status on the 5th of each month.
